The fixtures and fittings are of the highest standard, creating an airy and luxurious ambiance. The service was friendly and helpful, with a minor room for improvement noted in the bar staff's wine knowledge. The location is excellent for exploring Örebro, being centrally located and close to the castle. The dining experience includes a delightful Scandinavian Breakfast Buffet, but the weekend breakfast can be overcrowded. The facilities are well-equipped, with attention to nice and fashionable details.

The rooms were spacious with beautiful big bathrooms, featuring high windows and a bathtub on legs. They had everything one would desire with fixtures and fittings of the highest standard. Overall, a very airy feel with a very spacious bathroom.

The staff are very service-minded and go out of their way to be helpful. While generally quick and very nice, minor improvements could be made in terms of knowledge about wines, especially in the bar. However, the receptionist was doing her best to assist.
